You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. . Please note perishable items such as Sea Moss Gel, Elderberry Sea Moss Gel, and Mango Sea Moss Gel can only be shipped Monday through Wednesday in the order that they were received.
